Admission to Sai Dwarakamai is subject to our eligibility criteria. All residents must be seniors aged 60 years and above. A detailed medical history and background check will be required during the admission process.

4. Medical Care
All residents receive regular health monitoring and medical check-ups. While we maintain high health standards, we cannot guarantee cure or prevention of illnesses. Family members must inform us of any medical conditions or allergies upon admission.
5. Visitor Policy
Family members and friends are welcome to visit during designated hours. We maintain flexible visiting hours while respecting our residents' routines and rest periods. All visitors must register at the entrance.
6. Liability
While we take all necessary precautions for the safety and wellbeing of our residents, Sai Dwarakamai cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless specifically arranged through our management.
7. Code of Conduct
All residents are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards staff and fellow residents. Any violation of our code of conduct may result in counseling or termination of residency.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the residency with 30 days written notice. Sai Dwarakamai reserves the right to terminate residency if a resident's behavior poses a threat to the safety of others or if medical needs exceed our capacity.
9. Amendments
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Residents will be notified of any significant changes.
